Why Leasemble is organised this way

The product decisions behind one workspace for portfolio, leasing, bookings, finance and daily work.

Start from the property

Everything in Leasemble hangs off the portfolio: locations, buildings, floors, rooms and beds. A lead is interested in a room, a contract covers a room, an invoice bills a room and a task happens in a room. Starting from the property means every other record has a natural home.

One flow, not separate tools

A reservation becomes a contract. A contract creates recurring fees. Fees and meter readings become invoices. Payments feed reports. Because each step builds on the one before, the team enters information once and sees it wherever it is needed.

Long stays and short stays together

Many operators run both. Keeping nightly and hourly bookings in the same portfolio as long-term leases means one view of availability, one list of rooms to prepare and one set of reports.

Adapt to the business, not the other way round

Property businesses already have their own contract wording, roles and working language. Templates, role-based permissions and a bilingual interface let teams keep what works while gaining a shared record.

What comes next

We build Leasemble with the teams who use it. If a part of your operation still lives in a spreadsheet, we would like to hear about it.
